The Telstar Lava Lamp is an unbeatable classic back by popular demand. A 40W bulb heats the solid wax inside, until it becomes molten and rises to the top, only to cool again and fall back down to the bottom. This cycle is governed by the laws of chaos, so each shape the wax forms will always be different. Telstar measures a whopping 49cm in height. The stand and top are made of brushed aluminuim and the bottle itself is glass, containing the Mathmos lava formula.
