The Astro Baby Lava Lamp was the second design created by Edward Craven-Walker and is still popular even after more than forty years since its birth. A 40W bulb heats the solid wax inside, until it becomes molten and rises to the top, only to cool again and fall back down to the bottom. This cycle is governed by the laws of chaos, so each shape the wax forms will always be different. Astro Baby measures 43cm in height.
