Shopping with Brambles

• When you place an Order for a product you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms.

• When you place your Order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your Order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your Order. Once we have sent the confirmation email we will then check availability and contact you with a further email. If the Product is available and the details of the Order are correct, this email will be deemed an acceptance and will specify delivery details and confirm the price of the Products purchased. If the Product is not available we will also let you know by email.

• Brambles may cancel any sale and not supply Products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of Products at any time at its sole discretion. If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

• All new Orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.

Price

• The price for each product is shown on Bramblesgifts.co.uk and includes V.A.T at 17.5%.

• We always try to make sure that the prices on Bramblesgifts.co.uk are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the Products in your Order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the Order as cancelled). If an Order is cancelled, any payment made for the Products will be refunded in full.

• You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details, based on the delivery address you specify. For items sent outside of the UK we will notify you of the postage costs by email, as they may be more than quoted in the intial order.

• Prices are quoted on Bramblesgifts.co.uk in UK pounds.

Payment
You must pay for your Order before it is delivered and you can do so by credit card or debit card.

On placing an order, We will ask You to input and We will collect the following Personal Information:
Your name
Your e-mail address
Your billing address
Your telephone number
the product(s) you wish to purchase; and
payment information

Use of Personal Information

• Any Personal Information that You provide to us will only be used to process your order.

• You agree that you do not object to us contacting You for this purpose whether by telephone, e-mail or in writing and You confirm that you do not and will not consider this as being a breach of your rights under the Telecommunications (Data Protection and Privacy) Regulations 1999.

• By making an order you specifically authorise us to transmit information (including Personal Information) or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to verifying information provided by you in relation to your debit or credit cards, obtaining credit reports, validating your debit or credit card authorizations and/or authenticating your identity.

Requests for Personal Information

We will treat all Your Personal Information as confidential. We fully comply with the UK Data Protection Act, 1998
However, You agree that if we are requested by the police or any other regulatory or government organization investigating suspected illegal activities to provide your Personal Information We are entitled to do so. You also agree that You shall have no remedy against us as a consequence of Our so complying with such a request and further agree that We have no obligation to verify the validity of such a request before complying.


Availability

• We try to keep Bramblesgifts.co.uk as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that particular product will always be available. If we can't supply a product you will not be charged for it and we will refund or re-credit your account with the amount debited by us.

• All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a product you have Ordered, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your Order. If this happens, you may cancel your Order and we will refund you the money you have paid for it.

Delivery

• You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details. 

• If the Products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time which we quote, please contact us by telephone or email and we will try and ensure that you receive your Order as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your Order and we will refund the money you have paid. Please note that while items sent by Royal Mail usually arrive within 1-3 days, Royal Mail stipulate that only items still not delivered after 15 working days can be officially classified as lost.

• Please Order from Brambles with enough time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as Brambles cannot be responsible for this.

• This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Our returns policy

We hope you will be highly satisfied with any product purchased on our website but if you wish to return an item to us then we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. We will refund the price of the items and delivery to the purchaser. We will only refund the purchase if the item is faulty. We cannot exchange or accept the return of certain items which have been opened and used, for example: pierced jewellery, CD, DVD, tapes or other recording media, software if their seal is broken and perishable goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
